without the nighttime supplement, I wake up after a few hours and usually can’t get back to sleep. But since I’ve been taking this every day, I actually feel like I get enough sleep(most nights). I can’t really tell if the daytime one is helping, but I’m sure it is! I haven’t been able to quit the 7-oh yet, but I’m taking QuitK everyday and hoping I can get there sooner than later. This is worth taking just for the sleep benefit, in my opinion.

I started using this product months ago and for me it was the withdrawals it helped with. No more horrible feelings and sleep is better then ever, not having to pop a 7oh tablet at 3 a.m. to fall back asleep is the thing I love the most.
I took them exactly how suggested. This is not a magical cure to detox like it seems. Did not help at all. Just huge horse pills to swallow especially if your taking the night time, zen and restless legs together

I just ordered this with my nighttime and daytime supplements, this is like day 4 and it does help with mood and sleep.
Im still taking these but im definitely benefiting from the effects of this product
I will start with saying, I didn’t have any bad experiences with this supplement. I just feel they have to effect on me either way. I was taking these in conjunction with the regular nighttime supplement for a few weeks and didn’t notice anything different, compared to taking only the nighttime supplement. I have no doubt that they are beneficial for some people, but this was my experience.
Really keeps the jitters down!
I started taking Quit K about 2 weeks before my last quit, and it was the first time I didn’t have restless legs syndrome. I was at 6-9 bottles per day and tried quitting many times. Reducing withdrawals symptoms helped me continue quitting. I still had diarrhea and anxiety, but there was a massive positive difference in my overall mood and symptoms this last quit compared to previous because of Quit K.
Since taking this every day for a while, my days have been easier to get through.

This is the only thing I have found that helps me get any sleep since I’ve been battling this 7-oh addiction. I still don’t sleep more than 5-6 hours a night, but I usually only wake up once in between! I also have not woken up in a cold sweat since I have been taking this, which is great in itself.
I’m always skeptical about purchasing online items but I have felt the difference after taking these from day one. I have been taking them for 3 weeks now and have gone down a serving of kratom Next week I will be going down another serving and hopefully very soon I’ll be done with kratom for good!
Both daytime and nighttime formulas work great! Energy without a crash later in the day and relaxation at night enabling me to get a good nights sleep.
I’ve been taking QuitK for 3 weeks now and I can honestly say that it is helping in many ways. My cravings have decreased quite a bit and my mood has been stable since week 1. I started tapering after week 1 on quitk and both the physical and mental withdrawal symptoms are minimal. I’m purchasing another 30 day supply now.

So far it seems like a solid product. Good source of many things that my body needs all the time but especially now! Trusting that they source the vitamins and minerals from ideal sources. Appreciate that the B vitamins are in methylated form! Highly recommend!
