I started taking this before my taper and the morning dose of quit k made me vomit profusely every time I took it. I followed the instructions and ate and let it settle before taking. I didn’t notice any difference even with the night dose as well. I already spent so much money on 7oh so spending this much to try and get off of it and having such negative affects was really discouraging.
the entire line has helped me with my taper and im going on my 2nd month and 2 weeks till im off completely highly recommend to anyone thinking about quitting K
